Caramel Bar & Lounge at Bellagio to Host Live Viewing Party on Sunday, March 16th
On Sunday, March 16 at 10 p.m., Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar’s executive chef Akira Back will battle Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America. Chef Back will utilize his quick knife skills and creativity to compose a number of dishes to wow even the toughest judges.

WHAT: Caramel Lounge will host an Iron Chef America viewing party and meet and greet with Chef Back Sunday, March 16 to support chef’s debut battle at kitchen stadium. Join Akira and friends as they watch the battle on big screen TV’s.

WHO: The Light Group, one of Las Vegas’ leading nightlife, restaurant, hospitality and lifestyle development organizations, will open Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar at the Bellagio in July, under the culinary direction of Akira Back. A Korea native and former professional snowboarder who was raised in the mountains of Colorado, Back will bring his sense of adventure and competitive streak to the Iron Chef America battle.
