HOT Body English GoGo Dancers

Click the Photos Below to View the Gallery

Well, this post is for all the fans of the Body English GoGo dancers. I've received your emails requesting more photos of just them. Ask, and you shall receive.

I even was able to get a private shoot with BadAssGoGo (Jaimi) in the Parlor. Steven in Michigan specifically requested solo shots of Jaimi. Hopefully they are to your liking Steven.

When you come to Las Vegas, you can expect long lines at nightclubs. After all, who would want to go into a club that didn't have a line to get in. That's why I suggest you buy Body English VIP Passes here. Now... go in and party. You didn't come to Vegas to stand in line, did you?

Above & Beyond Live inside Body English

Last night, Above and Beyond spun live at Godskitchen Wednesdays inside Body English. The club was so packed, it was a bit tough to get around. That didn't stop the rabid fans of Above & Beyond to take over the dance floor.

I was very impressed on how generous Above & Beyond were with their fans. They even took moments away from the decks to pose for photos, shake hands with fans, and even sign albums for fans.

Jono Grant and Paavo Siljamäki met at the University of Westminster, and they set up the Anjunabeats label in the summer of 1999 with the release of the 'Anjunabeats Volume 1'. Anjunabeats Volume 1 was the very first track recorded by Jono and Paavo. This "Original Mix" packaged with their Tease Dub Mix received immediate attention in various dance clubs, and quickly gained support from Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold and Paul van Dyk. Above & Beyond came together in 2000 when producer Tony McGuinness called in Grant and Siljamäki to help him complete a remix of Chakra's "Home" track while at the Warner Music Group.[citation needed]

The inspiration for the name Above & Beyond came from a web page belonging to an American motivational trainer coincidentally named Jono Grant. Jono had the poster stuck to his wall. The slogan used by the motivational trainer was "Above & Beyond", and when the group was searching for a name to use for their Chakra remix, the slogan stuck out from the poster. 1. Although the group was relatively unknown at the time, their remix of Chakra's Home was picked over remixes by Rob Searle and Tilt to be the A side mix, and after plays on Pete Tong reached number one in the UK club charts. - Above & Beyond on Wikipedia

Hot Pics from Body English Night Club

Wednesday at Body English was a bit bitter sweet. The sweet part first; the Go Go Dancers were looking UNBELIEVABLY hot. Their outfits were slammin' and I was getting some cool ass shots.

The bitter part; Skittles is moving into a bartending position at Wasted Space inside the Hard Rock Hotel. I wish her well, but she will be missed. If you're new to this site, and don't know who Skittles is, she is the dancer in the Number One photo of this weeks 10 @ 10. Enjoy.

Javon Walker Assailant is Charged in Beating

A man charged with kidnapping, beating and robbing Javon Walker this month after the Oakland Raiders receiver spent a night club-hopping was held Friday on bail totaling US$86,000.

Arfat Fadel's lawyer, public defender Shane Emerick, said outside court he doubted Fadel could make bail. Emerick said Fadel intended to plead not guilty to charges that he and an unidentified second man followed Walker from club to club before enticing him into their vehicle and robbing him.....

The police report details Walker's visit to the Body English nightclub, where he was photographed spraying champagne into the crowd, and a brief a foray to the Hard Rock casino where police say he won $1,600 playing blackjack before he went to the Dorm Days after-hours club at the Hard Rock.

Walker arrived back at the Bellagio in a car with a female friend before police said he got into a black Range Rover with Fadel and the other suspect about 6 a.m.

Walker later told police he never met the men before.

Walker called his female friend once, and said he was at Drai's, an after-hours nightclub at Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon on the Strip. Walker was found unconscious shortly after 7 a.m. several blocks away.

The Range Rover was seen on surveillance videotapes at the Bellagio and at Drai's, police said. It was traced to Fadel's girlfriend, Alicia Granstedt, 32, of Los Gatos, Calif., and was found near an extended-stay motel near the Strip.

HOT Dancers Inside Body English Night Club

Well, last night was a sad night in Body English history, as it was probably the last time Skittles would be performing on the Body English - Godskitchen stage. She has accepted a full time job offer to work as a bartender at the new Rock Club, Wasted Space, inside the Hard Rock Hotel.

Although I am happy that she's going to be doing something she enjoys, Skittles, along with Kelly, Ranna, and Jaimi are the reason I go to Body English on Wednesdays. She did mention she "might" be able to come over and dance on occasion. I hope that's the case.

So, this weeks Body English article is dedicated to Skittles. Thank you for being such a kick ass person. The photos above are a walk down memory lane montage. Enjoy!

Las Vegas Trip Tips - The Night Club

So, you've decide to try your hand at Las Vegas Night Clubs. Even though you're familiar with how Night Clubs work in your town, Las Vegas is a whole different animal. Below are your Las Vegas Trip Tips for some of the most popular Night clubs in Las Vegas.

P.S. Make your Las Vegas Trip easy and remember the motto, The Cool Kids Don't Stand In Line.

Body English Nightclub inside Hard Rock Hotel

Body English Night Club: Body English is open Wednesdays (Godskitchen House Night), Fridays (Women Indulge in Free Stuff), Saturday, Sunday (Las Vegas Local's Night). One of the cool things about Body English is that they are a little more easy going with the dress code. Come fashionably dressed and you should be just fine.

The line can get pretty hectic for all you weekend warriors at Body English, so I suggest that you buy your Body English VIP Passes here. Standing in line at Body English is for Las Vegas newbies.

Jet Nightclub inside the Mirage

JET Night Club: JET is open Monday's (Local & Industry Night), Thursdays, (House Music), Fridays, and Saturdays. This is one club you DEFINITELY don't want to be casually dressed at. If you should choose to stand in line, after an hour or two you'll finally make it to the front, just to be told you can't come in the club in what you're wearing. Make sure to come prepared.

When a club has MULTIPLE lines and they are all full, you know you're in for a great time. Unfortunately, like I mentioned, a one to two hours wait in those lines is not unheard of at JET. It's worth the wait, so buy your JET VIP Passes here. After all, you didn't come to JET to stand in line... or did you?

Pure Nightclub inside Caesar's Palace

PURE Night Club: PURE is open Tuesday (their Industry and Local's Night), Friday, and Saturday. Pure has probably THE strictest dress code out of all the Las Vegas night clubs. Guys, PLEASE do yourself a favor and wear a collared shirt and black leather shoes. If you do that, you'll be golden!

The general public will wait hours upon hours just to get into PURE. I'm sure it has to do with the fact that you can't turn on the TV without seeing news of a celebrity hanging out at Pure. But, you aren't part of the masses who stand in line because you buy your PURE VIP Passes here. Why you ask? Remember, The Cool Kids Don't Stand in Line.

Rain Las Vegas Nightclub inside the Palms Hotel

RAIN Night Club: RAIN is open Friday - Saturday, with the doors opening at 10pm. The Rain dress code for girls (like with most clubs) says whatever looks hot is fine. With guys just were what every other guy is wearing, an untucked collared shirt, with nice pants, and nice shoes, you should be fine.

Back in 1999, RAIN blew the doors off of most night clubs across the country and is probably the most influential clubs in the history of Las Vegas. Because the club was featured on MTV’s “Real World Las Vegas,” the line can sometimes get overwhelming at Rain. Don't dispare, you are well equipped to tackle any line Rain throws at you because you buy your RAIN VIP Passes here. After all, staring at the back of some dudes head for an hour is a buzz kill.

Studio 54 Nightclub inside MGM Grand Las Vegas

Studio 54 Night Club: Studio 54 is open Tuesday - Saturday, open 10 p.m. to the early morning hours. Studio 54's dress code says No T-shirts, tank tops, baggy jeans, flannel shirts, hats, tennis shoes or work boots. Dress funky not junky.

I'm sure many people, when they saw the original Studio 54 in New York close in 1979, never thought it would ever come back. Well, if you know anything about Las Vegas, it's where the dead come back to life. Don't let another 10 years slip by you, buy Studio 54 VIP Passes here. Because, standing in line is SOOOO 1979.

TAO Nightclub inside the Venetian

TAO Night Club: TAO is open Thursday (Industry and Local's Night), Friday, and Saturday. TAO's dress code for guys is simple, wear nice pants, a collared shirt, and/or jacket.

TAO Nightclub is more then just a club, it's a sensory overload. TAO Nightclub provides a whole experience. Come see why TAO was voted Number One two years in a row. Buy TAO VIP Passes here. Unless you enjoy standing outside staring at the strip for an hour.

Kelly, Jaimi, Skittles, & Ranna... Oh My!

Click the Photo Below to View the Gallery

If you were at Body English on Wednesday, June 18th, you would've found me having WAY TOO MUCH FUN, hahaha. I love my job. Okay, so I confess. The ONLY, absolutely ONLY reason I go to Body English on Wednesday nights is to see Kelly (AssMaster), Jaimi (BadAssGoGo), Skittles, and Ranna. I think it's pretty evident when you look at the pictures I take.

There are a FEW DJ's I like to see perform, like Dirty South, Benny Benassi, etc, but the main reason I go is because of those girls. YOU should really go too and see what I'm talking about. Enjoy the photos.

HOT Photo Video from Body English

People are ALWAYS asking me, what is it like to be a nightlife photographer in Las Vegas. Well, below is a photo video montage of a "night" in the life of me at Body English inside the Hard Rock hotel.

And although Sandra Collins was spinning, the Wednesday Godskitchen GoGo dancers are what I was more interested in shooting. With names like AssMaster, BadAssGoGo, Skittles, and Ranna, how could one go wrong.

She used American producers to give herself a unique sound. Collins performed for an estimated 80,000 people on the first night of Woodstock '99, and was the first female DJ featured in the Tranceport series of influential recordings. Dirty South Photos at Body English

Wednesday, May 29th, Godskitchen and Body English welcomed Dirty South to their infamous stage. DJ Chris Garcia opened the night.

Born in what was Yugoslavia, present day Serbia, and moving to Australia when he was 13 years old, his mixing career began by using a 2 deck NEC tape player to record songs off the radio. By then using the pause and play tracks together he created mixtapes to distribute to his friends and by the year 2000 he bought a set of decks to mix in the more traditional style.

Roganovic's producing career developed in tandem to his DJ'ing career, he used his family computer to create remixes and mashups of other artists tracks and distributed them which caught the attention of Australian Vicious Vinyl records who signed him up in 2005 and allowed him to first prove his skills by remixing and then later creating his own tracks. In late 2006 he achieved #1 position in the Australian Club Charts with his remix of It's Too Late by Evermore and was the first Australian artist since 1999 to win one of Pete Tongs 'Essential New Tune' awards. It not only rocked the Australian dancing scene, but It's Too Late was also a massive anthem worldwide. 2006 also saw Dirty South debut at #11 in the INTHEMIX50 DJ charts.

Dirty South teamed up with UK DJ Paul Harris in 2007 and produced Better Day which earned Dirty South another essential new tune by Pete Tong. He also remixed a number of songs including Reach For Me, Feels Like Home and Higher State of Consciousness with fellow Melburnians TV Rock. Late July he joined together with MYNC Project to release Everybody Freakin. But Dirty South's biggest honour came when his new single Let It Go got released on Axwell's record label Axtone.

September 2007 saw the release of the INTHEMIX50 DJ charts, in which Dirty South rocketed to the #2 DJ in Australia, up nine spots from 2006. He was also voted #1 most popular Australian producer. Following the release of the INTHEMIX50 DJ charts was that of the DJ Mag Top 100, in which Dirty South debuted at #98.

Dirty South provided a remix for Kaskade "Sorry." The remix has been nominated for a 2008 Grammy for Best Remixed Recording. - Wikipedia

Serge Devant & Eddie Halliwell - Body English

Click the Images Below to View the Gallery

Wednesday, May 21th, Body English and Godskitchen welcomed Eddie Halliwell and Serge Devant to their infamous stage.

Eddie Halliwell: Eddie Halliwell is an English dance music DJ, from Wigan, Greater Manchester, England. Eddie has held residencies at Goodgreef and Gatecrasher, was named DJ of the year by mixmag in 2003 and reached number 17 in both the 2005 and 2006 DJ Mag Top 100 poll , and 16th in the 2007 poll. As well as making a name for himself on the UK and international club circuit, Eddie is also a resident DJ for BBC Radio 1.

To achieve this Eddie has spent nearly a decade honing his skills on the decks. Having caught the DJ-ing bug at 15 when he bought his first set of decks, he was too young for clubs so channelled his creative energies into a Music Technology course where he learnt some of his now renowned hip hop scratches. His ability to adapt these to fit over other genres of music has earned him not only respect amongst fellow DJ’s but also admiration from stunned crowds. Eddie’s technical ability is such that when is in front of the mixer he utilises it as a means to create energy and new sounds with rapid cut ups and warped effects.

Serge Devant: Born in Russia, where he was classically trained for some time, it was his experience at the legendary Twilo that led Serge Devant on the patch to eventually become one of the youngest resident dj's at New York's Crobar in 2005 and hit the coveted DJ Mag Top 100 List the following year.

Tiesto consistently lists Serge Devant as one of his favorite DJ's in the world and Serge has had the privilege to open for him regularly whenever he plays the New York area. Additionally Serge will be appearing alongside Tiesto throughout his US and Russian tours. Whether at home in the US or abroad to catch Serge on stage is to witness a skillful exhibition from one of the most promising young talents in the industry today. His recordings are stylistically diverse, transcending the boundaries of the genre; all adding up to a hard-hitting, riveting but classically beautiful sound that is way more than just electronic. So sit back and enjoy the ride. Welcome to the music of Serge Devant.
