Las Vegas’ newest hidden gem, The Barrymore, will offer an exceptional New Year’s Eve experience of food, wine and atmosphere. The new culinary sensation will allow guests commemorate the end 2011 with a fantastic feast, and start 2012 with a champagne toast, all while celebrating with friends and family.

This month, the restaurants at ARIA Resort & Casino are offering fall feasts full of the season’s freshest and most festive ingredients. Celebrated chefs and restaurateurs, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina, Sirio Maccioni and Shawn McClain’s delicious November Tasting Menus pay homage to squash at its prime, tender Kobe beef, time-intensive cooking techniques and family business.

• Kobe Beef – The superlative delicacy Kobe beef is celebrated in celebrity chef Michael Mina’s November menu at AMERICAN FISH. Executive Chef Sven Mede’s dishes, such as Soy Braised Short Rib, are accented by seasonal ingredients, including turnip gratin and ginger carrots and the Tataki, and paired with edamame, golden Enoki mushrooms, crispy garlic and black truffle vinaigrette. Recycled Percussion to Play 24 Hour Show at Hard Rock Cafe

Tropicana headliners Recycled Percussion are looking to break records and donate to charity this holiday season. The Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip will host this momentous concert. The 24 hour show starts Tuesday, November 22 at 10:00 p.m. and goes through Wednesday, November 23rd at 10:00 p.m.

Bring a $10 donation or a new, unopened toy to enter. The concert kick starts Lotus Broadcasting’s Holiday Toy Drive, with proceeds and toys benefitting Toys for Tots.

“We are so excited to start our 24 hour concert and look forward to a really fun time with all of our friends,” said Recycled Percussion member and founder Justin Spencer.  “We really want to thank The Hard Rock Cafe for giving us the stage for a day and Lotus Broadcasting for teaming up with us for a great holiday toy drive for all of the kids in Southern Nevada.  We can’t wait to get started.”

With the 24 hour show, Recycled Percussion will break the record for the longest show performed by a band in U.S. history. Caesars Palace has announced it will hire a total of 450 employees with the opening of Octavius Tower on January 2, 2012. The resort’s sixth hotel tower will yield 3,960 total accommodations, bringing hundreds of new jobs to the Las Vegas market.

The resort is currently seeking qualified candidates for both front- and back-of-house positions in hotel operations, guest services and VIP services. Applications are currently being accepted online

Kevin Jonas Celebrates his Birthday at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens

Kevin Jonas, Disney-star phenomenon, celebrated his birthday on Saturday night at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens. The oldest Jonas brother showed off his style dressed from head-to-foot in Christian Dior as he strolled calmly down the red carpet before heading into the popular nightclub at Paris Las Vegas.

Making it a family affair, his wife, Danielle, and brother, Joe Jonas, got the party started by kicking off the birthday festivities as soon as they entered the lavish VIP section. When he was asked what Joe got him for his birthday he was very humble, "He didn't get me anything except for him being here," Kevin said. "We're kind of past giving gifts." The brothers and their entourage enjoyed the attention of all the ladies vying for their invite to the VIP section while they danced the night away.

The highlight of the birthday boy's night was his surprise guitar-shaped birthday cake decked out in black and gold and was lined by signature Couture Pops. He loved the cake presentation by the gorgeous French-maid cocktail waitresses fanning the cake with large and colorful Peacock feathers and flashing blue and red lights as they made their way to his VIP table. The group partied all night long dancing to new hit singles "I'm Sexy and I Know It" by LMFAO and "We Found Love" by Rihanna featuring Calvin Harris.
