Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries celebrated their upcoming nuptials with separate Las Vegas bachelor and bachelorette parties at TAO at The Venetian and LAVO at The Palazzo.

The bride-to-be was joined by her mom Kris, sisters Khloe and Kourtney, friends including La La Anthony, Brittny Gastineau, Larsa Pippen, Robin Antin, Malika and Khadijah Haqq, Allison Azoff and her future sister-in-law Kaela Humphries. The women arrived in style, flying in on one of The Palazzo Las Vegas private jets. The party started with dinner in TAO’s private dining room as Kim donned a bachelorette sash and tiara for a feast of her favorite dishes. In the middle of dinner she was surprised as Mighty Mike, a little person clad in sequin pants, vest and a bow tie, hopped up on the table to entertain the room full of women. The group toasted with Midori cocktails and then made their way to the nightclub, taking over several tables on the dance floor.

In the club star struck fans clamored to get close to the group, snapping photos with their cells phones. Kim got on the mic, telling the crowd, “This is one of my last few weekends as a single girl!” DJ Vice played “Going To The Chapel” and the whole club sang along as the bride-to-be was surprised with a cake from Gimme Some Sugar. The girls danced the night away, with Khloe Kardashian Odom serving as the unofficial photographer, taking photos of her family and friends.

Former Disney star Ashley Tisdale took Sin City by storm as she celebrated her 26th birthday with an all-girls trip to Las Vegas where she partied at PURE Nightclub (Friday, July 15) and Venus Pool Club (Saturday, July 16). The young starlet brought along her closest friends including sister Jennifer Tisdale, Hellcats co-star Heather Hemmens, and actresses Casey Weiant, Samantha Droke, Kimberly Hidalgo and Shelley Buckner. Her longtime bestie Vanessa Hudgens was not present at the festivities.

Tisdale and friends kicked off the weekend Friday night with a private dinner at Social House at Crystals inside CityCenter, known for its frequent A-list visitors. The all-girl group dined on Rock Shrimp Tempura, Mini Kobe Burgers and a delicious assortment of sushi and sashimi, while sipping on signature cocktails.

Following dinner, Tisdale arrived at PURE Nightclub in style wearing a sexy lace dress paired with Christian Louboutin booties. While on the red carpet, the Hollywood beauty posed for pictures as she showed off her gorgeous new back-to-blonde locks. Also on the carpet, she addressed questions regarding the photos of her and close friend Zac Efron, saying “He’s like my brother, and we’ve always had the same relationship.” She continued, “We’ve always been this way and he’s one of my best friends and family, so is Vanessa.”

When told she would make a good couple with Efron, she replied with, “Oh well, that’s nice but I’m best friends with Vanessa, so that’s a little weird and plus he’s like my brother.”

She was then escorted inside alongwith her entourage to their VIP table located on the club’s iconic main stage. As soon as they arrived at their table, the girls set their purses down andstarted dancing and celebrating her big night. Later in the evening, Tisdale was presented with an adorable pink birthday cake while the packed club cheered her on. Smiling from ear-to-ear, the actress blew out her candles as friends wished her a “Happy Birthday.” After the cake presentation, Tisdale lead a champagne toast dedicated to her girls and thanked them for coming out for the weekend. She spent the rest of the evening dancing and partying into the early hours of the morning.

On Saturday (July 16), the girls kept the celebration going by opting for a more low key fête as they spent the day relaxing and lounging poolside at Venus Pool Club. Taking advantage of the hot summer day, Tisdale and her girls set up shop in one of the venue’s luxe cabanas where they immediately got into their teeny bikinis and began soaking up some rays. As the temperatures rose, the girls kept cool by sipping on frozen libations and taking advantage of the air-conditioned cabana.

Instead of indulging in another birthday cake, the petite hottie decided to munch on afresh fruit plate of watermelon and pineapple while lounging in her chair. Fighting the desert heat the celebutant tested out the Olympic-sized pool and joined sun-kissed partygoers as she dipped her toes in the cool water. Tisdale and her girlfriends made sure to perfect their tans as they stayed there until the late afternoon.

Electric Daisy Carnival entered its third and final day last night at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with ecstatic fans taking over the infield to hear their favorite electronic artists.

Kinetic Field, the largest stage in North America, was the haven for headline performers Swedish House Mafia. The trio played to a massive sea of more than 40,000 festival goers at just one of the festival’s six stages, with major pyrotechnics and special surprises throughout the set. Once they transitioned into their latest single “Save the World” the crowd went wild as the lights came up revealing the vocalist John Martin center stage offering a live performance as Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso stood on top of the booth to hype the crowd. A ten minute fireworks show and Red Bull skydivers shooting off flames lit up the sky during the two hour show.

Kinetic Field again boasted an exhilarating line-up, starting the day with Thomas Gold, Paul Oakenfold, Avicii, Alesso, plus Laidback Luke and Nicky Romero following the Swedish trio’s performance.

The full line-up for tonight included:
  • Kinetic Field: Thomas Gold, Paul Oakenfold, Avicii, Alesso, Swedish House Mafia, Laidback Luke, and Nicky Romero.
  • Cosmic Meadow: EC Twins, Bunny, Robbie Rivera, Infected Mushroom, Bingo Players, Afrojack, R3HAB, and Eddie Halliwell.
  • Circuit Grounds: Moguai, Tritonal, John O’Callaghan, Sean Tyas & Simon Patterson, Ferry Corsten, ATB, Markus Schulz, Dash Berlin, and Showtek.
  • Neon Garden: Stanton Warriors, Araabmuzik, Sandro Silva, Harvard Bass, Felix Cartal, Felguk, A-Trak, Wolfgang Gartner, and Dada Life.
  • Bass Pod: Fury with MC Dino, Shiftee, Liquid Stranger, J Majik, Mt. Eden, Datsik, Doctor P, Planet of the Drums, Skism, Loadstar, Shimon, and Nu:Tone.

Insomniac wrapped up the 15th Annual Electric Daisy Carnival on Monday morning, marking a major success for North America’s largest electronic dance music festival with 230,000 attendees, more than 100 electronic artists, and minimal causes for concern throughout the three day festival’s debut in Las Vegas.

“I am grateful for how welcoming the city of Las Vegas has been, and excited by how much both the fans and the organizations we worked with loved the event,” said Pasquale Rotella, CEO and founder of Insomniac. “We could not have asked for a better team, from Insomniac’s staff to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Clark County Fire Department, Dr. Dale Carrison, Medic West, American Medical Response, and UMC. I want to thank everyone involved for believing in us.”

Attendees experienced a smooth entrance each day including a state-of-the-art identification screening process, verifying all attendees were 18 or over, along with a multi-stage search process to ensure only approved items were allowed into the festival.

The partnerships with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the Clark County Fire Department, University Medical Center, Medic West, CSC, Staff Pro, the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and many others kept security and safety concerns to a minimum.

"The event was an overwhelming success for Las Vegas and fans of the event,” commented Captain David O’Leary of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. “Over the course of my long career, I have never witnessed a more respectful and overwhelmingly grateful group of fans and organizers."

“This was a great crowd – polite, cooperative, and appreciative,” said Dr. Dale Carrison, UMC Chief of Staff. “Insomniac provided every resource we requested so we went into the event feeling adequately prepared. Considering the number of people who were out here, the number of incidents we treated was minimal, and certainly no more than any event of this size would produce."

Insomniac regularly updated fans via the Electric Daisy Carnival Web site on the importance and practice of staying hydrated before, during and after the festival. With free Water Refill Stations, attendees were able to fill any beverage container or Insomniac branded water canteen in order to stay hydrated throughout the event.

Creating a true carnival atmosphere, the festival featured more than 200 performers, including dancers, fire twirlers, aerialists, and stilt walkers, plus numerous full size carnival rides and attractions. The 1,000-acre complex was transformed into a fully immersive audiovisual experience as 13 large-scale art installations created their own interactive environments amidst the six stages, along with state-of-the-art lighting and sound production. Attendees also experienced the most impressive pyrotechnics display in Insomniac’s history, featuring a 15-minute fireworks display each night and state-of-the-art pyrotechnics on every stage.

The VIP offerings were elevated to a new level at this year’s event with posh table reservation areas providing multilevel views overlooking the festival, intimate seating adjacent to the main stage, and extravagant amenities. The partnership with elite nightclub operators Marquee and XS brought experienced staff and exceptional service to the venue.

“It was a fantastic debut for Insomniac in the Las Vegas market, and we felt an overwhelming welcome from the beginning,” said Rotella. “I can’t wait to start working on what we can do bigger and better for the next event.”
