Room For Rent near Las Vegas in Green Valley

There are so many amenities in this house, it would be a shame for YOU not to put them to good use.

My job requires me to be close to the strip. With gas prices the way they are these days, I wanted to be as close to the strip as possible, without feeling like it was on top of me.

So, what my friends and I decided to do was get a house together. We are all entrepreneurs. You don't have to be one yourself, but we all love bouncing new ideas off of one another. It's just one of those environments where virtually anyone can feel comfortable.

Here's some info about the house. There are 5 bedrooms (4 of them currently occupied), 3 bathrooms (you will have a bathroom to yourself, but it is downstairs and can be used if people are downstairs. 90% of the time, it's yours only), a large kitchen with two refrigerators (plenty of room for everyone's food), a huge entertainment room (including a pool table, big screen TV, and bar), an in ground swimming pool, and jacuzzi. There is additional room in the house if you have more furniture then just a bedroom set that you want to bring with you.

The home is in a gated community within 3 minutes of the 215 entrance/exit (at Pecos or Green Valley Pkwy), Green Valley Ranch, Whole Foods, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, and the huge St. Rose and Eastern shopping corridor (way too many shops to list). The rent is $800 per month, utilities are included (cable, high speed internet, local phone, electric, gas, and water). A $550 refundable (if your room is left how you got it and you stay a year) deposit is required at move in. Total move in is $1,350.

Requirements of the house are: No Drugs (that includes weed), No Smoking in the house (Ashtrays are required outside), No Eating other peoples food, No Parties (parties will be conducted on a household basis). I know these seem pretty obvious, but we are all professional people here, who expect the same in return. No Pets (except for caged animals or fish). There is already a dog here, her name is Coco.
