Ed Westwick of “Gossip Girl” will celebrate his 21st birthday at TAO Las Vegas. Westwick stars as Chuck Bass in The CW’s hit drama “Gossip Girl,” based on the tremendously popular book series about privileged teenagers who attend an elite private school in New York City. Also attending will be Westwick’s “Gossip Girl” co-star Chase Crawford.
