Beerfest Each Thursday at McFadden's

McFadden’s Salutes the Amber Nectar Every Thursday with Beerfest

The Wildest Pub on Earth Goes All Out Each Week with Incredible Specials, Games and Cash Prizes

True, McFadden’s Irish Restaurant and Saloon is already Las Vegas’ favorite spot to stop for a pint (or two or three). But now this haven of hops has gotten even better with the introduction of Beerfest every Thursday at 10 p.m.

Each week, ale lovers can take advantage of specials such as $2 for pints of Bud Light, $5 for pitchers, and for those who enjoy something a little harder, $3 for well drinks. Get to McFadden’s at 8 p.m., and for one solid hour, relish in the luxury of an open bar for just $10.

But McFadden’s wouldn’t be able to call its weekly event Beerfest without competition. Each Thursday, guests can sign up to battle with one another in such games as Beer Pong, Flip Cup and more. At stake: a $50 cash prize for the winner of each category. But with drink prices this low, everyone is a winner.

And the fun isn’t confined to Thursdays. Misbehave Mondays feature $5 martinis and $5 lemon drop shots. Take Twosdays head south of the border for $2 Coronas, two-for-one margaritas and $2 quesadillas. Wednesdays are Industry Nights, when patrons can call their drinks for just $3. The work-week ends with It’s Effen Friday, when Effen Vodka and Effen Black Cherry Vodka cocktails are just $5.

As for Saturdays and Sundays, McFadden’s promises you a party you’ll never forgot (or possibly, never remember).

McFadden’s 7,000-square-foot-plus tavern at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino is Sin City’s newest pub-hub for crowds seeking out an unpretentious party bar where both men and women roll up their sleeves and have a great time. Already famous on the East Coast and in the Midwest, McFadden’s Vegas outpost boasts two rooms (including a 150-person private party room with its own island bar), nearly 20 high-definition plasma TVs, a dance floor and a breathtakingly long 100-foot mahogany bar perfect for dancing on. Along with a full bar featuring dozens of favorite draught beers and 90-ounce fishbowl cocktails, customers can tuck into McFadden’s Almost Famous Boneless Buffalo Wings, Irish Stew, and of course, Shepherd’s Pie topped with air-whipped potatoes, from Chef Brian Rathbun’s kitchen.

Open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. until the Erin goes bragh, McFadden’s beauteous Lucky Charms and jovial Ministers of Hospitality ensure everyone has fun, whether they’re there to watch the game, get their drink on with the dueling pianos and DJ Soup Can, or celebrate happy occasions and bachelorette parties.

Built in 1977 by an Irishman named Steve McFadden near Times Square on 42nd and 2nd, McFadden’s has grown to 11 locations across the country, including Boston; Pittsburgh; Chicago; Columbus; Washington, D.C.; Nashville; Worcester; and Philadelphia. The success is no surprise, thanks to Steve’s mission of providing a place for family and friends to gather and celebrate good times while enjoying great food and drinks. He even used his own family’s Irish recipe Shepherd’s Pie on the menu. When you combine that kind of unaffected love with great draught beer and a party atmosphere, it’s no wonder that McFadden’s has hosted millions of good times, bachelorette parties and sports nights.

McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon is open 11 a.m. to 4 a.m., seven days a week, inside the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, 3700 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89103. For more information, call 702.270-6200 or visit www.McFaddensSaloon.com.
