Palms Place: Las Vegas' Newest Resort - Palms Casino Resort, one of the most sought-after employers in Las Vegas, is now hiring for all positions at the new upscale restaurant at Palms Place: Simon Restaurant and Lounge, home of celebrity chef Kerry Simon. They are also auditioning staff for their magnificent new pool. Candidates for the pool should bring their best swimwear for an audition photo.
